CLW GHANA
Parts & After-Sales Support
Plan manuals, preventive maintenance, hydraulic parts, chassis service items and initial spares for CLW refuse compactor trucks in Ghana.
Support begins with an accurate configuration record
Spare parts can only be identified reliably when the final chassis, engine, axle, refuse body, hydraulic components and bin lifter are recorded. The handover file should keep model and serial information together with the approved technical schedule.
Plan three parts groups
- Chassis service items: filters, belts, brake and electrical items matched to the selected chassis.
- Hydraulic and compactor parts: seals, hoses, valves, sensors, switches and agreed wear components.
- Bin-lifter parts: pins, bushes, brackets and control items specific to the installed lifting system.
Handover priorities
- English operation and maintenance manuals
- Hydraulic and electrical diagrams
- Daily, weekly and scheduled inspection checklists
- Component nameplate and part-number records
- Initial consumables and wear-parts package
- Operator and workshop briefing
For a support request
Provide the vehicle model, chassis number, body serial reference, component photographs, fault description and operating hours. Do not order from appearance alone where multiple component versions exist.
PARTS PLANNING
Build the first package with the truck.
Lead times and route severity are easier to manage when the initial parts list is agreed before shipment.
